MCP server
Drive TurboDL from an AI assistant (Claude Code, Claude Desktop…).
turbodl-mcp is a Model Context Protocol server over stdio. Downloads run in its process, with the TurboDL engine.
Client configuration
Claude Code:
claude mcp add turbodl -- turbodl-mcp --profile ~/.config/turbodl/default.profile.json
Claude Desktop (claude_desktop_config.json) or any compatible client:
{
"mcpServers": {
"turbodl": {
"command": "turbodl-mcp",
"args": ["--profile", "C:/Users/me/AppData/Roaming/turbodl/default.profile.json"]
}
}
}
Without --profile, the default profile is used (and created when missing).
