The rules for using TurboDL, its extensions, the downloads and this website.

These terms apply to TurboDL — the desktop app, the command line, the MCP server, the browser extensions — to the packages published on the Downloads page, and to this website (together, the "Service"), provided by AndryaThr ("we"). By downloading or using the Service, you accept these terms and the License.
License
TurboDL is proprietary software. You may use the official packages free of charge, on your own devices, for personal or internal business purposes. Copying, redistributing, selling, modifying or reverse engineering it is not allowed without our written permission. The License gives the exact terms.
Your responsibility for what you download
TurboDL only transfers the files you ask for. You are solely responsible for:
- having the right to download, store and use each file (copyright, licenses, terms of the sites you download from);
- the credentials and cookies you give it, and respecting the access rules of the services they open.
You must not use TurboDL to infringe intellectual property rights, to get around technical protection measures, to download illegal content, or to overload or attack a server. TurboDL does not bypass DRM or paywalls.
Official releases and nightly builds
Official releases are the versions we recommend. Nightly builds are test versions published for testers before the matching official release: they may be incomplete or unstable, and you use them at your own risk.
Updates
When enabled, the app checks for new official releases and installs one only after you agree. We may change, add or remove features from one version to the next.
Availability
We try to keep this website and the downloads available, but we do not guarantee it: they may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, without notice.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or the absence of errors, data loss or interruptions. Keep backups of your important files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, nor for loss of data, profit or business, arising from the use of or the inability to use the Service, or from the files downloaded with it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Termination
Your right to use TurboDL ends automatically if you break these terms or the License. You must then stop using it and delete your copies.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
