Start now or later, reorder, and limit simultaneous downloads.

Start now or add to the queue

The add dialog offers two buttons:

• Start now: the download jumps ahead of the queue and starts as soon as a slot is free, even when the queue is stopped;
• Add to queue: it waits for its turn (status "Waiting").

Once a link is typed, the dialog asks the server for the file name and its size, and tells whether an interrupted download can resume, before anything is downloaded. A name typed by hand always wins.

Add several accepts one link per line, added in that order.

Simultaneous downloads

The Simultaneous downloads setting (1 by default) sets how many run at the same time. As soon as a download completes or is paused, the next one in the queue starts.

Starting or stopping the queue

Stop queue prevents waiting downloads from starting; running ones keep going. Start queue starts it again.

Reordering

In the "Waiting" tab, the up and down arrows change the order; the pause button removes a download from the queue without deleting it.
