La licencia de TurboDL, un programa propietario de uso gratuito.

TurboDL es software propietario de uso gratuito. En resumen:

puedes descargar los paquetes oficiales y las extensiones desde la página de Descargas y usarlos gratis, en todos tus dispositivos, con fines personales o internos de tu empresa;
no puedes, sin permiso por escrito, redistribuir o vender TurboDL, publicarlo en otro lugar, modificarlo, acceder a su código fuente ni hacer ingeniería inversa;
se ofrece sin garantía.

El texto completo de abajo, en inglés, es el único vinculante. También es el archivo LICENSE de cada paquete. Los componentes de terceros conservan sus propias licencias: consulta Componentes de terceros.

1. Ownership
   TurboDL, including its source code, binaries, documentation, extensions,
   icons and other materials (the "Software"), is the exclusive property of
   the copyright holder and is protected by copyright law.

2. Permitted use
   You may download the official binaries and browser extensions published on
   the TurboDL downloads page and use them, free of charge, on any number of
   your own devices, for personal or internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions
   Unless the copyright holder gives you prior written permission, you may not:
   a. copy, publish, distribute, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software,
      or make it available to third parties from any other location;
   b. access, copy or use the source code;
   c. modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software;
   d. decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except where
      applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
   e. remove or alter any copyright notice or this license.

4. Third-party components
   The Software includes third-party components licensed under their own
   terms, listed in the NOTICE file. Those terms apply to those components.

5. No warranty
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR

7. Termination
   This license ends automatically if you breach it. You must then stop using
   the Software and delete every copy you have.
